facilitation is recommended when it is apparent that a high conflict
family will need someone to implement the court’s judgment. As
facilitator, Terri utilizes the skills of a mediator, and may act as an
arbitrator, making decisions about issues over which the parties have
reached an impasse. Terri implements the court ordered parenting
plan in a way that reduces interparental conflict and ensures that both
parents maintain ongoing relationships with the children.
